Effects of survivin on uPA expression. Control cells and stable survivin-shRNA cells (1 × 106/well) were plated overnight in complete medium, starved for 24 h, treated with or without 10 ng/ml of HGF for 1h and harvested. The levels of expression of uPA were analyzed by Western blotting. This illustrates representative data from three independent experiments.
