RT-PCR analysis of ET-1, MIP-1α, TNF-α, and TGF-β mRNA levels in lung tissues from PQ-treated mice. Total mouse lung RNA was prepared and analyzed by RT-PCR using primers specific for ET-1, MIP-1α, TNF-α, and TGF-β mRNA. PCR products were separated by electrophoresis in 1.2% agarose gels (A), with β-actin as a loading control.
