The MMP13 expression in synovium and cartilage in the OA model using immunohistochemistry at 4 weeks after MIA injection. Immunohistochemistry was performed on representative sections of the joints from the MIA-injected rats treated with GSPE or with vehicle. The positive cells are brown; the nuclei were counterstained with hematoxylin.
