Competition ELISA to analyze whether the ER414 has the same binding site with the murine counterpart A13 mAb. The competition was performed on the EGFR-coated plates with 1 µg of biotinylated ER414 and different concentrations of free ER414, A13 and A196 mAbs in which free mAbs were employed from 1 µg/ml to 1,000 µg/ml. Each symbol denotes antibodies of A196 (▪), A13 (□) and ER414 (•).
