The six miRNAs with the highest fold changes are listed on the horizontal ordinate. The vertical ordinate refers to the fold changes of relative expression levels between atherosclerotic and healthy aortic tissues. Black bars indicate the microarray results, and gray bars indicate the qRT–PCR results.
