Impacts of SIRT1-deficient DCs on T-cell proliferation and Th1/Th17 differentiation in co-culture. The CII-pulsed and LPS-stimulated DCs were generated from the immature bone marrow-derived DCs isolated from the mSIRT1 KO (KO) and wild-type (WT) mice. Activated and matured DCs were co-cultured with the T cells from the non-immunized or immunized CIA mice.
