PYC suppressed LPS-mediated ADRP and ALBP expression. Cells were pretreated with the indicated doses of PYC for 8 h, and the mRNA and protein levels of ADRP were determined in LPS-induced THP-1 cells by real-time PCR (a) and western blotting analysis (b).
