(d) HUVECs were co-treated with a CTHRC1-neutralizing antibody (10 μg ml⁻¹) and rCTHRC1 (0.5 μg ml⁻¹) for 16 h. Secreted Ang-2 in the culture supernatants was measured by ELISA.
