Molecular analysis of subjects with chromosome 18p deletions using polymorphic markers. Data from each participant is shown in a column under their study number. Closed circles indicate that the subject has two alleles for that marker. Open circles indicate that the subject has a single allele. Genotyping performed by fluorescence in situ hybridization is indicated by open or closed triangles. When the marker was uninformative, no mark is shown. The minimal region of the retained part of the chromosome is enclosed in a box.
