Genetic services adult patients: who delivers the care. Responses of chairpersons to questions of which physicians, in the DOM, is responsible for delivering the following genetic services: “genetic diagnoses,” “genetic information,” “management of genetic conditions,” and “genetic screening/counseling.” Responses sum to > 100%, as more than one provider delivered some services.
