Distribution of variant allele frequencies of 7 mutations and 97 polymorphisms previously identified. Taking into account all 104 variants reported by NextGENe, the mean frequencies for heterozygous and homozygous changes were 46.4 (s.d. = 12.9) and 97.6 (s.d. = 5.2), respectively.
