Consensus neighbor-joining tree based on shared OMIM alleles. Tree constructed using same procedure used to construct Figure 1. This time, however, restricting the data to those locations where either the personal genome or reference genome contained an OMIM allele. The tree was bootstrapped 100 times, and labels on nodes are the resulting bootstraps. The tree is not as well resolved as the one shown in Figure 1 due to the many fewer OMIM alleles, when compared with all SNVs; nevertheless, the same trends with respect to ethnicity seen in Figure 1 are still present.
