HPV DNA vaccine combined with IL2 followed by electroporation generates antitumor effect and prolonged survival of tumor-bearing mice. Five-to-8-week-old female C57BL/6 mice were injected with 2 × 104 of TC-1-Luc cells submucosally. The mice were then vaccinated with 20 μg different DNA contructs via intravaginal injection followed by electroporation on day 3. One week later, the mice were boosted with the same regimen. The luciferase activity was measured using a Xenogen IVIS 100 imager (Alameda, CA, USA) on days 0 and 17. Mice survival were recorded.
