Administration of HPV DNA vaccine combined with IL2 increases the ratio of CD8+ T cells to Treg cells in splenocytes and cervicovaginal tumor cells. The TC-1 tumor-bearing mice were treated as described in Figure 2. Briefly, 7 days after the last vaccination, splenocytes and tumor cells were isolated from the mice. To detect Treg cells, the lymphocytes were stained with anti-mouse CD4 and CD25 antibodies. (a) Bar graph summary of the ratio of CD8+ T cells/Treg cells among splenocytes.
