  1. N: total number of specimens. No deviations from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium were found for EFbis and M7 lysin (P>0.007; P-value was Bonferroni corrected for seven samples). North American allopatric populations of M. trossulus are fixed for the T allele at all loci.
