Values of the HKA tests (partial χ2-values of the HKA test for each locus in a breed) for ASIA, EUR1, Landrace, Duroc, Iberian and Sicilian breeds. Each square represents the value of (SE(S))2/var(S)+(KE(K))2/var(K), where S is the number of segregating sites for the analyzed locus and breed and K the divergence for the analyzed locus between the breed and the outgroup (babirusa). The scale for the HKA statistics is in gray, as represented by the bar on the right of the figure. Values calculated using the isolation and migration model as a null model. Means and variances have been obtained from empirical distributions.
