Map of transgene insertion locations. The precise chromosomal location of each insertion was determined using inverse PCR. Each arrow indicates an insertion at a unique site. Multiple arrows at the same position do not indicate insertions at the same site but indicate insertions that are too close to each other (within 400 kb) to be distinguished on the scale of the figure.
