The dummy coordinates along the x axis index the 1920 interactions while the negative logarithm of the P-value associated with each interaction is displayed on the y axis. SAGE represents the unified analysis for three subsamples: FSCD, COGEND, and COGA, while the meta-analysis is implemented with the Fisher’s combining P-value method for individual analyses of the three subsamples. The brown triangle represented the interaction, rs6495306–rs8040868–rs12905641, which had the highest P-value in the SAGE samples.
