Each dot represents the estimated QTL effect of one exotic HEB donor. A linear regression line (in orange) and Pearson’s correlation coefficients (r), indicating the cumulation precision, are given for each QTL. Axis values represent the absolute difference between exotic and cultivated (that is, Barke) QTL alleles.
