Line N02Y5018, N02Y5019 and N02Y2016 has the translocation BP between Xgwm0911 and Xbarc194. Physical length of this alien chromatin may not be the same but this BP is identified by the same markers (Table 2). Line N02Y5163 has the translocation BP between UL-Thin5 and Xgwm1130, while line N02Y5003, N02Y5149 and N02Y5156 has a centric T1BL*1RS translocation (Table 1).
