Thick black lines and numbers in circles demarcate paleodrainages and dashed lines the populations within a paleodrainage, whose names are listed on the left, arranged from north (Paraty-PAR) to south (Maquiné-MAQ). Color pattern in the hierarchical runs corresponds to the individual paleodrainages on the map in Figure 1. The posterior probabilities of the ancestry of each individual are shown (i.e., the relative proportion of different colors).
