Expression of FveYUC10 (gene27796) during flower and early-fruit development. FveYUC10, encoding an flavin monooxygenase for tryptophan-dependent auxin biosynthesis, is expressed in the ghost (endosperm+seed coat) post fertilization. This supports the identification of this tissue as the source of auxin in fruit set.4
