The associations between mean blood pressure and the mRNA expression of ABCA1 (a), ABCG1 (b) in monocytes in all the participants combining healthy controls and untreated hypertensive patients. The level of ABCA1 and ABCG1 was negatively transformed logarithmically before analysis. ABCA1, adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter A1; ABCG1, adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter G1.
