Significant association of rs34623097-A with obesity. (a) Location of SNPs. A screening for variation detected 17 SNPs in the entire region of ADRB2 gene in 16 subjects. (b) Association plot of nine SNPs. The association of each ADRB2 SNP with obesity was examined by multiple regression analysis adjusted for age, sex, and population.
