In Table 2B, we show frequencies of the B allele in each pool-array experiment with averages and s.e. separately for the pools IR+, IR− and combined IR+ and IR− together. Our frequency data are essentially similar to global mean allele frequency (MAF) and EUR 1K MAF, and the variability between the pools is very low.
