KDM6B epigenetically regulates BMP2 expression. (a) Knockdown of KDM6B reduced KDM6B binding to the promoter of BMP2 in MSCs. The promoter of BMP2 was ChIPed with anti-KDM6B antibody or IgG control. The 9 kb downstream of the transcriptional start site was also ChIPed with anti-KDM6B antibody. (b) Knockdown of KDM6B increased the level of H3K27me3 at the BMP2 promoter.
