In each plot, values with dissimilar letters are significantly different from each other (P<0.05). There was a moderate decrease in the first 3 months, with little subsequent decrease from 3 to 12 months. At 12 months, the NACP-QADM-NAg composite had mechanical properties similar to those of the commercial control composite without antibacterial or remineralizing properties (P>0.1).
