HEK293T cells were cotransfected with EGFP-UGT1A1 and UGT1A1-p.Q331X-mKate2 expression constructs. EGFP-UGT1A1 and UGT1A1-p.Q331X-mKate2 expressions were observed using fluorescence microscopy. (b) Cut-mask image. The cut-mask area shows only the colocalized pixels in the image by removing the non-overlapping and background pixels using the Zen software.
