Mast cells are identified as blue-colored cells in the tissue. Tissue mast cells in the mucosa of glandular stomach (*) were considered as MMCs. All of skin mast cells and submucosal mast cells in the glandular stomach (indicated by arrowheads) were considered as CTMCs. Data are representative of skin samples from eight individual mice or stomach samples from four individual mice.
