Effects of IL-22 on phosphorylation of ERK, STAT3, and Akt in colon cancer cells. SW403 (a: 1 × 106) and LoVo cells (b: 1 × 106) were cultured in 6 cm dishes for 24 h. After the cells had been treated with IL-22 (10 ng/ml) for the indicated time, extracted protein was analyzed using western blotting.
