Prevention by DDTC of CCl4-induced lipid peroxidation and GSH moderate depletion. Mice were treated or not treated for 3 h with 1.5 ml CCl4, with or without pretreatment with DDTC. Lipid peroxidation was assessed by (a) TBARs measurement and (b) immunohistochemistry using an anti-MDA antibody.
