HE- and F4/80 staining of liver tissue from mice before and after 70% hepatectomy. HE staining (a) of liver tissue from mice with standard diet (SD) and western diet (WD) demonstrated solid accumulation of fat droplets of microvesicular type after 6 weeks of WD feeding.
