The partial colocalization of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 and TGF-α in the pancreatic tissues of a chronic pancreas sample. The distribution of TGF-β1 (red) overlapped with that of TGF-α (blue) in the ductal cells and a part of the acinar cells. Moreover, the TGF-β1 expression was found in the interstitial cells. Scale bar is 200 μm.
