Coculture (CC) with M2-polarized tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) increased the growth of pancreatic cancer cells. Pancreatic cancer cell lines Panc-1 and BxPC-3 were cocultured with M2-polarized TAMs-conditioned medium. After 24 h, growth was assessed using an 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. MC, monoculture. The data represent at least three independent experiments. *P<0.05 versus MC.
