Effect of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α on Notch1 and intracellular Notch domain (NICD) cleavage in SAS cells. SAS cells were incubated with various concentrations of TNF-α alone or with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and γ-secretase inhibitor (GSI) for 24 h, and then examined for NICD cleavage by western blot.
