Formyl peptide receptor-like 1 (FPRL1) was involved in LL-37-induced collagen expression. (a) Human fetal lung fibroblasts (HFL-1) were preincubated with of FPRL1 antagonist WRW4 2 h before addition of synthetic LL-37 (800 ng/ml). Total soluble collagen in supernatants was determined 48 h after stimulation. *P<0.01 compared with the control group. #P<0.05 compared with the LL-37-treated group. (b) Cells were treated with WRW4 for 48 h, after which cell viability was measured with MTT assay.
