Upregulation of miR-17-5p expression in TGF-β1-activated HSCs. (a) HSC-T6 cells were treated with TGF-β1 (0, 5, 10 and 15 ng/ml) for 24 h. miR-17-5p expression was upregulated in a dose-dependent manner by TGF-β1. (b) HSC-T6 cells were treated with TGF-β1 (5 ng/ml) for 0, 24, 48 and 72 h, and miR-17-5p expression analyzed via real-time PCR. miR-17-5p expression was upregulated in a time-dependent manner by TGF-β1.
