The TAC group shows a typical afferent arteriolopathy, as illustrated by a glomerulus with expansion of the cytoplasm of terminal arteriolar smooth muscle cells by eosinophilic, granular material. (c) Immunoblot analysis of phosphorylated endothelial nitric oxide synthase (p-eNOS) and total eNOS (t-eNOS). The relative optical densities of bands in each lane were normalized to each β-actin band from the same gel.
