Dose and time dependency of MaR1 regulated Na,K-ATPase expression in primary ATII cells. The dose- and temporal-dependent changes of Na,K-ATPase protein expression in primary ATII cells stimulated with LPS (1μg/ml) were determined by western blotting. Western blot data were replicated >3 times. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of MaR1 for 6 h including 1, 10, 50, and 100 nM to measure the Na,K-ATPase-β1 subunit protein expression (a).
