Feeding with OVA(323–339) induces tolerance comparable to feeding with wOVA. C57BL/6 mice were fed PBS (n=12), OVA(323–339) (n=11), or wOVA (n=12) followed by immunization with wOVA in CFA. dLN cells were isolated and restimulated with 0, 10, or 100 μg ml−1 wOVA for 48 or 72 h.
