SIINFEKL feeding suppresses the induction of delayed-type hypersensitivity in vivo. (a) C57BL/6 mice were fed PBS (n=15), SIINFEKL (n=15), or wOVA (n=15) followed by immunization with wOVA in CFA. On day 15, 20 μg of wOVA was injected into the right ear of each mouse, whereas 20 μl of PBS was injected into the left ear. Ear thickness was measured at 24 and 48 h after ear injection.
