From: Interleukin-25 production is differently regulated by TNF-α and TGF-β1 in the human gut
Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) reduces interleukin (IL)-25 production in normal intestinal biopsies. IL-25 was measured in total proteins extracted from normal colonic explants cultured with or without (unstimulated (unst)) TNF-α, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), or IL-21 for 24 h.
