From: Cytosolic flagellin receptor NLRC4 protects mice against mucosal and systemic challenges
Induced intestinal inflammation in T5KO mice upon neutralization of the IL-10 pathway is NLRC4-independent. Wild-type, T5KO, N4KO, and T5/N4-DKO mice (n=5–6 mice per group) were intraperitoneally injected weekly with 1 mg IL-10R mAb or PBS (vehicle) for 4 weeks.
