Effect of T-cell depletion on genital tumor regression. Twelve days after TC-1 challenge, mice were either left untreated (stars) or subcutaneous immunized with the adjuvanted E7 vaccine. Four days later, mice received anti-CD4 (triangles), anti-CD8 (squares) antibodies, or left untreated (circles and stars), and treatments were repeated every 6 days. The three vaccinated groups received three doses of CpG that were administrated at days 18, 21, and 24. Tumor growth/regression was followed twice a week by bioluminescence imaging. Percentage of survival in each group upon time is represented. Significant differences following an adjusted log-rank test are indicated by *P<0.01.
