Analysis of lamina propria macrophages (LPMφs). (a) Cells were isolated from large intestine lamina propria of IL-10RαMdel and IL-10Rαfl/fl mice on day 7 after colitis induction. Absolute numbers of macrophages (CD11b+F4/80+Ly6Glo/–CD11c–/dim) were calculated. (b, c) CD11b+F4/80+Ly6Glo/–CD11c–/dim SSChi and SSClo LPMφs were distinguished by flow cytometry (b).
