Effect of Notch-1 knockdown (KD) on colonic chemokine and cytokine expression during colonic injury. CCL2, 11, 20, and CXCL1, 2, and 10 mRNA expression was assessed in the distal colon of scrambled dextran sulfate sodium (Sc-DSS) or Notch-1 DSS (N-DSS) mice by quantitative PCR (qPCR).
