Effect of Notch-1 knockdown (KD) on effector T-cell cytokine secretion. Interleukin (IL)-6, -10, -17A, interferon-γ (IFNγ), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) cytokine secretion was assessed in the culture supernatant of anti-CD3/CD28-stimulated mesenteric lymph node (MLN) cells of scrambled dextran sulfate sodium (Sc-DSS) or Notch-1 DSS (N-DSS) mice by Cytometric Bead Array (CBA). Each data point represents a pool of three mice and the average mean of each group. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.
