(a) FoxP3 immunofluorescence staining (green) of the distal colon of scrambled DSS (Sc-DSS) or Notch-1 DSS (N-DSS) mice. The nuclei were stained with 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI; blue). An enlarged representation of the yellow rectangle is shown. Samples were analyzed with a Leica SP5-DM Confocal microscope. These data are representative of three experiments.
