Surface marker expression by small and large alveolar macrophages (AMs) from healthy HIV-1-uninfected participants. Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) cells were stained with anti-CD206 fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), anti-CD71 PE-Cy5, anti-HLA-DR Alexa fluor 700, anti-CD16 PE, anti-CD14 PE-Cy7, anti-CD11C PE, and anti-CD123 PE-Cy5, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
