CD83 alters cytokine release in monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MDDCs). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay data of MDDC supernatants. Cytokine secretion is altered in MDDCs treated with (a–c) CD83.Fc and (e–g) αCD83. Proinflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-12p40 (a, e) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) (b, f) are decreased upon CD83 treatment, whereas IL-1RN (c, g) secretion is increased.
